Join us for the Annual World Food Prize Wake Up with our guest speaker to be Dr. Mark McLellan, Vice President for Research & Dean of Graduate Studies, Utah State University. Drl McLellan's research has focused on food processing technology for fruits and vegetables also on food security issues affecting developing countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
