The View on Douglas - Community Celebration and Open House

Come celebrate The View on Douglas's opening as a newly renovated apartment building!  A lot of time, investment, and energy went into the full renovation of this former motel, to bring stability and a better living experience to the site, and to create a much improved fixture in the neighborhood.

 

Enjoy light refreshments, tours of a staged unit, and community with neighbors from the Des Moines West Side Chamber, Merle Hay Neighborhood Association, and the City of Des Moines Office of Economic Development.    

 

Limited parking is available onsite, along with street parking on 56th and 57th, and in the apartment lot across 57th from The View.
