Join James Miller, founder of Adamantine® Yoga, and learn how a local Des Moines business is putting a new spin on a centuries old discipline. Adamantine Yoga was created to empower you to bring forth the best in yourself physically, mentally and spiritually.
We are delighted that James has joined our West Side Chamber and look forward to this interesting Lunch & Learn presentation.
We will have a lunch catered by In The Bag at $15.00 per person.
Moberg Gallery, 2921 Ingersoll Avenue will be our starting point for lunch and program, followed by a walk next door at 2925 Ingersoll Avenue for tour of his studio.
