DSM West Side Economic Development Bus Tour

Join us for an Economic Development Bus Tour of the Des Moines West Side. The narrated tour will start at the Merle Hay Mall and wind through the the West Side highlighting the Douglas Ave. Corridor, The Avenues of Ingersoll and Grand, the Roosevelt Cultural District, Uptown Shopping Center, Drake University and Dogtown, the Beaverdale area and the 6th Avenue Corridor. You'll hear and see what projects have been recently completed, are currently in process, and what is proposed concerning the economic development and improvements in these areas. Come enjoy the ride with other business and city leaders. Naomi Hamlett with the City of Des Moines will be our M.C. along with other special guests.
